The site is well and truly established and so far the construction program timing is on track as planned. All aspects of the job are progressing really well.
The project scope of works included a significant demolition aspect for an internal fit out. At present the construction site works include internal framing and early bar construction phase. An extension of the building to create a new commercial kitchen is at the floor framing stage progressing to wall and roof framing later in the week.
The exciting new restaurant boasts some state of the art cooking equipment to enable the club to deliver the highest quality meals and in particular top shelf steaks. We look forward to trying one! The bar area over-looks the marina and is sure to be a beaut spot for a cold beer.
We would like to express our thanks to Stuart and Gill, the club management and all the staff for their outstanding support and generosity with how they are helping with the progress of the job and especially the incredible hospitality they are showing the men on site. They have organised a great lunch menu just for us and they are keeping up the ice and cold drinks and coffee to everyone to help push thru these hot and humid days. Thanks a lot guys.
