Cairns Obstetrics and Gynaecology Clinic

We were contracted on a Project management agreement for the construction works for a new clinic for Cairns Obstetrics which were relocation from their current tenancy at the Pier Shopping centre.

The scope of works for this medical facility involved a full demolition of the existing offices.  Complete removal of asbestos lined walls and ceilings. Refit with new ceilings, partition walls, toilets, and reception. This included 4 x consult rooms and staff kitchen and facilities.
