Happy 4 10 Sushi kiosk

PBC built this kiosk at the Cairns Square building in mid 2015.  It was part of new kiosk leasing arrangement in the Cairns Square Mall area and was built from ground up in the open mall.  The scope of the work involved all aspects of a small commercial kitchen with beautiful timber cappings and benches thru out.  The kiosk was deisgned by Sara Bending from Peddle Thorp architects.
