Cairns Corporate Tower works.

We were awarded a recent project in the prominent Cairns Corporate Tower on Lake St this month.  The project scope was a full floor level de-fit of level 8 for Garda and making good for new leasing.  The objective of the de-fit was to strip out a very old, outdate and tired fit out to make way for open plan leasing options for new tenants.

The project has required careful coordination of trade contractors and building management to minimise and avoid disruption to the existing building tenants.  The demolition phase of the job was fairly significant and challenging with a large number of internal partitions walls needing to be diposed of  and removed offsite down. This was challenging but very well handled.  Precision Concrete solutions worked smart and hard to get this part of the job completed in time as have all the contractors involved so far.

We are grateful to have the opportunity to carry out works in the building and look forward to handing over a successful outcome to our client.
