Velvett Cafe

Velvett café was constructed in 2014 and was a new build and fit out that was designed as an add-on to 120 Bunda St Corporate building.  It is a canteen type layout and was built into the carpark area beside the lobby to the building.  It was a specialised design with various consultants involved and the shop was designed by Sara Bending of Pedlethorp Architects.
