Cairns Orthopaedic Clinic

This was the second refit for Paul Brookes Constructions of this building over the past 9 years. The very original structure was an industrial shed and the first fit out by PBC was the office of MGF Engineers.  Cairns Orthopaedic clinic contracted us on a construction management basis to refit their new office as well as de-fit their existing tenancy at the Cairns Corporate Tower.  The team at Myriad design delivered a clever design and specifications.

This build involved a reconfiguration of existing walls with some structural modifications to create more of an open plan office with separate consulting rooms.  New kitchen and toilets and new front entrance shop front and awning plus new landscaping to outside. The high light of the fit out is a beautiful built-in marine fish tank in the reception.
