Lacoste

Paul Brookes Constructions  completed this retail fit out for Lacoste clothing and Premium brands at the CAIRNS SQUARE Building on the corner of Abbott and Shields in Cairns City in September 2015.

The fit out involved starting from a from a bare shell tenancy of approx. 90m2s of floor space.  New change rooms and store rooms were constructed, floors completely retiled and various joinery components supplied and installed.  The finishes schedule revolved around the bright white colour scheme of Lacoste stores in all areas of the shop which meant extra care was needed during the final fit stages.
