Second Beach Renovation Project

Paul Brookes Constructions handed over this internal home renovation project at Second Beach to it's owners in October 2015 .

The orginal internal fit out and construction of this property was first carried out more than 50 years ago by the clients grandfather and was very well thought out and crafted for its day with beautiful aspects direct to the beach only 30 meters from the the front of the house. 

The scope of works for PBC for this renovation was a complete demoltion of the internal linings/ walls, kitchen and bathrooms, ceilings and electrical wiring and a full refit of the inside of the home. 

The project was a design and construct and we worked closely with the cleints thru the whole project to ensure their finished product was exactly how they wanted.
