WaterBar and Grill

This Iconic and popular Cairns steak house restaurant fit out was carried out by PBC on a construction management basis for a southern Investor at the Pier Shopping centre wharf side in 2005..The design and layout included full commercial kitchen layout with specialised grills and open kitchen servery so that diners get the full dining experience and also a separate bar with a feature water wall behind.  The design was a credit to Myriad design who worked closely with PBC to bring the project to fruition.

In 2014 PBC carried out a light refurbishment of the bar and restaurant to re modernise and refresh it.
