 My designers (Myriad Design) worked with Paul Brookes Constructions, with the site manager being Joe Brookes. From the time I had my first meeting with Joe, I knew I was in safe hands. The attention to detail and communication was phenomenal and the quality of the work was second to none. Every obstacle (and during building and renovation, there will always be SOMETHING) was overcome with professionalism, speed and good humour.  We engaged Paul Brookes Constructions to undertake the work with Joe Brookes as our Project Manager.  Work involved the demolition of two interior walls; total removal and replacement of the tiles throughout; widening our front-door entrance to triple sliding doors; upgrading bathrooms and kitchen and full internal repainting.

 Joe’s management of this project including his forward planning and his attention to detail were first rate.  This allowed the project to run smoothly and made the process as stress free as possible for both of us. Even though price was a bit higher than other builders, they proved it was worthwhile by assuring high quality and accuracy of process to exceed my expectation.

I was impressed by sub-contractors who cleaned up all the mess after work.

Builders rectified even before I point something out because they think from client’s point of view.

They made sure the store is tidy and clean before they hand out keys. They congratulated me with a bottle of champagne which was something that I would not expect from other builders.

Most importantly, builder saw every single thing from client’s point of view in terms of expense and time management.If anyone is looking for premium builder, I would definitely say “Work with Paul Brookes Construction!
